Stayonthego’s Nashville Black 40 under 40 Awards were created to honor 40 of Nashville’s best and brightest African American movers and shakers who are making significant contributions to the Nashville Community. This year, our founder and director, Ashley Northington, was chosen as one of the awardees.

Not only was our director recognized, The 40 Under 40 Awards Mixer also benefitted Purpose Preparatory Academy. A portion of each ticket sale went towards helping elementary school children in North Nashville get the education they deserve. Purpose Prep, founded and led by Lagra L. Newman, is an outstanding school. Ninety-nine percent of kindergarten students are reading ABOVE grade level, while 96% of first graders are reading above grade level. The school also outperforms the national average on standardized tests. Here at Denor Brands and Public Relations we value education and are honored to be able to give back for a great cause, education.
