We trained a dozen women and minority business owners on the basics of social media marketing over a three-month period, and offered them additional support and resources in a private Facebook community. We also helped them learn to develop high-quality, engaging content that would attract their ideal audiences and generate sales leads. We also led the business owners through a series of activities to help them create a 12-month social media marketing plan.
